Dear Team,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order from your website wildewool.com.

Order Details:

Product: Automatic Glove Hand Trainer

Order Amount: ₹899

Order Date: Wednesday, 27th August 2025

Order Number: 32136

Payment Mode: Cash on Delivery (paid online at the time of delivery)

Delivery Date: 7th September 2025

Today (7th September 2025), I received a delivery notification from Xpressbees with details:
Order: 7258539 | AWB: 153674240041060 | Amount: ₹899 | Courier: Xpressbees

However, when I opened the parcel, instead of the Automatic Glove Hand Trainer, I received a piece of cloth with a hole in it. This is completely unacceptable as I paid the full amount of ₹899 but did not receive my correct product.

I immediately contacted the delivery boy and also reported this issue to the Xpressbees Mira Road Branch. They assured me that the complaint has been noted and kept the package at their office. They also informed me that my refund will be processed.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and initiate my refund of ₹899 to my registered mobile number/payment account at the earliest.

  1. this complaint itself a fake to prove that they are delivering the product, because wildewool does not have cash on delivery option, so this is a fake complaint… they are trying to give fake proof that they are delivering prodcuts, 100000% this is scam website,,, and the complainant also fake because he too belongs to the same scam group
