I also affected from them – Winners Tours Travel India’s one of the fraud company.

they cheated me from June 6th 2016 and till now today 2017 January 18th.
Now I prepared Police Complaint against them and Passport office also.
please share your thoughts through.

I found an article in dhina thanthi for recuirement in abroad from winner travels. I forwarded my resume. A lady called sathya call me and she says you have an interview next week. But two weeks gone they never reply… what can I do? Is they fraud?

Kindly don’t panic or create unnecessary tensions among the frustrated job seekers looking for a lifetime opportunity in abroad.I am neither on behalf of this company nor on behalf of other consultant companies but telling you a fair truth as a experienced international job consultant.Normally no genuine job consultants registered under the Ministry of Labour or got legal entity registered want to cheat candidates by getting and delaying or any other means…The issue is for three reasons that you are not given the offer letter unlike other candidates within a limited time frame…For your qualifications and role the recruiter might not have immediate requirement but they want to process little later or the company recruiting you there might be having sudden legal or financial changes which impact in delay of your offer letter being issued immediately.2.The job consultant dont want to loose you and dont want to give dissatisfied experience but to motivate you with suitable opportunity which already started and in process for longer time.3.The candidate might not have the expected qualifications or not having enough documents to process.
So,be calm in reacting and so understand that you have every right to take back your money if you don’t want but not all times as it is the bread and butter for the company which needs it to run the business.But at the same time it is the right of the company to reject based on the requirement or the other decisions related to candidates job offer.Better wait patiently for reasonable time till they return your money as per the rules or you can discuss this with the right person at the right place.No registered consultant can dare to cheat candidates and if so it can be dealt safely.
I carefully read your post. I know about this fraud. After withdrawing application on November 2015, they agreed me to refund my money Rs.25000. But, they didn’t do that. I made several attempts recover my money. But, this cheater didn’t give my money back. So I made a complaint on Tamilnadu chief Minister’s cell on 19 th January 2016.
They forwarded my complaint to crime branch police station, cantonment, Trichy. So, On 02 February 2016,he issued me a cheque of Rs.25000 post dated to 15th March 2016 at the police station.
I deposited it for collection on 15th March and it’s been dishonored. I I formed them and he told me he’s on the way to bank and gonna deposit money in my account. But nothing happened. So far, he didn’t refund me a single penny.
