I ordered a Casio watch model name GA-2300-1ADR, MRP listed as 8995 rupees.but I received a duplicate product with scratches and dents on it, also the serial no on the product tag is not matching in the casio website while registering for warrenty. Due to this issues i requested return and the flipkart agent refused to take back the product because of the mismatch of the serial number in the product.Then i talk to the customer care the again escalated the issue as multiple issues and they take one and half week to review on the complaint and atlast the rejected the return request and says u should have not accept the product during the delivery hence it is an open box delivery. I noticed the product is not genuine only when i check for the warranty registration in the casio website.
Now i want a refund and need to file a complaint against this seller
