Dear sir,

On dated 20/02/2021 I had 2 deposit transaction of Rs – 8100 and 8100 from my bank account and Paytm acount with winzo gold game app.

In these two transaction I had received only one amount of Rs 8100. Where money deducted both time from my account.
Now I’m asking the balance amount of 8100 to winzo teem from last 1 months but they are not resolving this issue.
Where a proxy transaction is geneted by bank to my account now I am unable to accecc my bank account due to their (winzo gold app) fault.

This is my kind request to tou. Kindly let me help to out of this issue
