Wise Mart
This is the SECOND time I’m raising the complaint in this form for the same company (Wise Mart).
I have placed an order in “WISE MART COMPANY” for Bluetooth Home Audio Speaker on Jan 28, 2017 wherein there was a scheme of me receiving a gift of SAMSUNG 42″ LED TV as their company has completed one year.
I made online payment of 5100/-rs through Credit Card at PayUMoney. They have not send the product with the gift which they have committed me on the phone as well as after reminding through mail. I had a word with Vaibhav (Sales manager of wise mart co.) who said that its their fault and I can returned the product without signing the courier received form and also send me the photos of the courier from courier office and then he will refund my money within 24hours. I mailed him the photos of the product and returned the product which company has already received it.
Now last 3 weeks they have not returned my money in spite of giving them my account details. The telecaller “Soni” has used slang language and showed as if they are not afraid of police or any law.
Since they are challenging the law so I went and register the complaint in ” Cyber Crime Branch” with all the hard copy evidence which I had. And I was really happy to receive the positive response from the Cops and they assure me that the matter will be solve at the earliest.
