I found the app on Google Play Store so I thought of it to be legitimate. I enrolled on the app and got R50 joining bonus…I was then asked to recharge my account with R100 to get started.. I did and I got back R180.00 upon withdrawal .. I was then told to make a deposit of R500 and get R900.00 and I did. The wall balance reflected the amount. Now I felt I was on a roll…I was told to carry on in order to maximize my returns…I did and was requested to add R1300 if I’m not mistaken then after that I ended up recharging with more than R15000.00 because on the wall the numbers seemed real. When I got to R29000.00 I tried to withdraw and that’s when it became real…the app told me that I had not completed all the tasks and can’t withdraw before then… I then told my advisor this and she confirmed that I could not withdraw any funds until I complete all tasks. What was weird is the required money to recharge kept on rising each time you move to the next level.. Plus I was asking my advisor everytime before I recharge and she convinced me that I was almost done. So I went on…and when you see that balance on the wall you feel it will be over soon and all your problems will go away.. I was sadly mistaken. Most importantly all accounts you deposit into are verified by Capitec Bank so it makes it easy for you to taken in by the scam.. Any assistance will be highly appreciated.
