Placed an order worth ₹1344 via Paytm on 19 August 2021 on the website women-fashions-club.myshopify.com as they did not have a cash on delivery option. Did not receive any email regarding my order placement.
When i checked the website after a few days, it showed “This store is unavailable” and the webpage doesn’t open. The website had sponsored ads on Instagram that I had seen many times & I thought it was safe to shop from it.
But, clearly not. They cheated me and I don’t know how many others like this. I saw multiple complaints regarding them on google too when I checked. Please help me recover my money & punish them if possible.
I mailed them many times asking about my order but haven’t received a reply from them. It has been more than 6 months now and I feel this is my only option to complain here so they cannot cheat more people in the future like this.
I am sure they have made another page and are continuously cheating people off their hard earned money. Please try and track down such fraudsters and complain against them and get them punished. ₹1344 may not be a big amount for many, but, it can be a huge amount for many too.
So, please look into this. Thank you.
