I have invested in gift city, gandhinagar since 2014 into 2 offices (Tower-b) and one studio apartment (Tower-c). Until jan 2020 i was getting my assured returns which was in the agreement for all 3 units but all were delayed by 20-25 days. But unfortunately right now i have still not received my assured returns for the month of feb 2020 and inspite of several reminders/request sent to them, there has been no response from them. All the towers have been delayed in handover and i think the company viridian is running in big financial crisis. I don’t understand what is rera doing in this case as lots of people have registered complaints against them but no action has been taken so far.

Go to Gujrera website, check judgements, Gandhinagar. There are multiple case judgements, where WTC is forced to pay the assured returns.
I have invested in WTC Gift city in 2014 and was assured of monthly interest on the amount invested. But I have not received any amount since February 2020. After the lockdown I was assured of receiving all my dues after the office becomes operational. But now they are refusing to credit my bank account with the amount dues and forcing me to accept a migratory plan which I find very lopsided. I have invested my life savings so that I could earn a monthly return which is my main source of income for my daily expenses due to which I am unable to accept their alternative proposal.
