I could pay & rhe person told me not to pay in multiple transactions . I could pay 13000 for both me & girl. Then they ask me to pay security charge of rs 13400 for both me & girl, as of now i will pay him total amount of 71400 which he told that this amount will wr refundable but i did not get any amount of refund.
