I have ordered a smartwatch and I opened it and the watch wasn’t turning on and they also gave me earpods even that is not working one of those is broken already and I asked them to refund but they aren’t doing it…they asked me send Gmail about the product I sent it but even though they are saying they will not refund….I even contacted them but they aren’t picking up my call….this even happened to my friend so please take my request and please see through that you can solve my problem….
