i have ordered a smart watch from Xank (Online Shopping Site) and its been more than a week and i have no update on my product, I request consumer complaint website to look into the matter and help me in getting my product as soon as possible.
Sir I am giving u order and pay cod for discovery smart watch with camera but unfortunately I have received vapour rague smart watch plus hb q i7 mono earpod having coasting 1699/- so please tell me how I can change this or return
Am also order kw98 smart watch and I get wrong product in whole product details there is mentioned easy returns n all but this ass*oles not taking return their fake products and not refunding my money very bad service fake product site wrost services I ever seen there watches and all products are fake do not buy from this website
Cash on delivery are not available in my pin code
Way plz take care it
I am retailer from Kashmir I buy regular base in throughout year
In short they give false and fraud promises regarding their product and their policy
Xank is wrost site ever my watch is not
