On Sunday, we took the A/C Sleeper bus from Thanjavur to Chennai.
The air conditioning was extremely stuffy and unworkable from the beginning. When we complained, they told us to wait.
We made adjustments up until Kumbakonam, at which point half of the bus stopped, forcing us to exit owing to suffocation. They made an attempt to fix the problem, but to no avail.
They requested to make adjustments until Ulundurpet, after which they would like to enter any other location with tickets.
No backup bus was scheduled.
We had to wait at the Kumbakonam bus stand until one o’clock because they dropped so many of us there.
After that, we boarded a regular bus and arrived in Chennai by 8:30 in the morning.
Could they perhaps check the essentials beforehand?
Since it isn’t working from the beginning, why are they going on this trip?
Completely sleep deprived, money wasted, worst experience ever
