We have ordered for a TV and refrigerator one month ago at Yes Mart Madhapur (moved from Jubilee hills) and the payment was made on 10th August 2016 (Canara Bank cheque # 880351 dated 08 August 2016). The TV was delivered onn 24th August after lot of shouting at them. However, till date there is no positive response from YES Mart (Madhapaur) on the refrigerator. Whenever we call we are told that there is shortage of the model and the delivery will take place in 2-3 days. When you cannot deliver the product on time why do you promise the customers? And every time we have to call the mart and waste our time and energy and money. If you cannot deliver my products please return my money with interest.
I have contacted four persons Mr. Riaz, Mr. Javed, Ms. Sarada (CRM) and Mr. Dinesh (GM).. None of them have answers and keep on giving hundreds of excuses. I had requested for refund of my money 15 days ago and till date there is no update from them.. All of them are CHEATS and are probably circulating that money for interest?? NEVER ever buy anything from YES mart. I called Kukatpally showroom and they gave me the CRM number. Otherwise none of the land line numbers work and no body responds to mobile calls. Atrocious service.. My problem with that my money is stuck up with them now.
