There is no two ways they are fake people group. I complained about this on cyber crime Pune and even complained FIR on police station. but as they cleverly asked you chunks of small amount. so no one help you even after you register complained. they have pattern to create new Web-site( which look-like Gov. org) and calling needed people after old website showing fraud. beware of such kind of jerks.
