Sir, I am Abdul Hameed my mail id is [email protected]. I have bought a gold chain and a pendant from your shop at Lulu Village Muhaisinah in Dubai on 26 Dec 2017. Product gorse weight is total 7.320 gm (Chain 6.060 and Pendant 1.260 gm) Total amount AED 1200. When I checked the chain After purchasing from my room with a magnet, the chain lock (Huck) will absorbed the magnet. May I know that 22 ct pure gold is making with iron? If no then why should they cheating me? I have paid 1200 AED for 22 ct gold as per the rate of that day. And yesterday evening about 08 :00 PM I report to the shop manager regarding this case. But the shop manager told that commonly the chain lock making with iron and this made by Singapore. And also he said that we cant help you for this matter and if you have any complaint then you will report to any where even Lab, Municipality etc… I attached Purchase invoice bill and product photo and video also. So I request to you kindly considering this complaint and take a suitable action as soon as possible. And kindly guide to the staff to how can treat a customer. Thanking you in a nticipation please.
