On December 3, 2022, I’ve placed an order on Zaavio for INR 1698.
My purchase was confirmed in an email that I received.
After this, I received no communication from them regarding the shipment of the merchandise.
As there is only a postal address listed for contact, I emailed them on December 11 to inquire on the status.
I learned that they are escalating it to the fulfilment team on December 13.
however they didn’t respond until December 17th.
I responded once more today (20th Dec).
I’m not sure if I’ll hear anything new.
Although I have requested a refund, I’m not really sure if this vendor can still be trusted.
The most terrible customer service ever.
