I am writing to bring an urgent issue regarding my returned order to your immediate attention. My details are as follows:

We requested a return on the same day of delivery as we were not satisfied with the fabric. The item was successfully returned to you on November 14th. Despite this, the refund of INR 2,099 has not been credited to my account.
I have contacted your support team multiple times on the provided WhatsApp number (6356794467), but the request has been refused without a valid reason.
I have attached the order invoice and the return shipping details (if you have them) for your reference.
I request you to initiate the refund at the earliest and provide me with a transaction ID or confirmation email for the same. If the refund is not processed within the next 3-5 business days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further.
