I had ordered saareee from Zarinkyaa, but just in few minutes when I read about their return and exchange policies, I tried to cancel my order. Inspite, I was trying in just few minutes of ordering, they were saying the parcel was dispatched so they can’t cancel it now. Also they reply so so late on WhatsApp for anything. Now when I received the order I tried to put it in return but they had vacation of Diwali so after vacation when I’m trying they are not showing any returns to my order, the only option was showing in their site was to “buy again”. When they were not replying on WhatsApp, I have mailed them too, but same, they are not replying to the mail too. Such a bad service, such a bad business they are doing, now regretting to trust them, literally they are not trustworthy at any cost.
