On the 10th February 2016 worth 1699INR
Was supposed to get the delivery in 10 days
But got the watch on 26th of February 2016 in a broken condition and was not according to what I was promised to be getting
So I asked this guy that I’ll return the watch and he’ll give either the proper watch or refund the money including the parcel charge of 400/- rupees and 200/- rupees from another order that was balance with him
This person agreed to this thing and asked me to send back the watch

Due to certain consequences I was caught up and got delayed in sending the watch but I sent him the watch as it is and he also accepted it on
23 April 2016

On 25 april 2016 I asked him that I don’t want the watch I just want the money back because I am in need of the same .
The guy said OK sir , just give your account number and details I’ll put the money into ur account in 2 day. I was happy with my previous orders with him and have recommended to many people too so I had faith that he’ll deposit the amount

But
Till date 19 may 2016 not even a single rupee have been credited in my account by this person even after daily reminder

Now I was literally forced to bring this to authorities because being a student Even small amount means a lot
And these people don’t understand the importance of their word and punctuality
