The product I has not received yet 2 times I went to the nearest Courier hub and inquired but they behaved very badly and they did not give the product as well 3 days after the customer care promise date. As a seller you have to intervene and help me and pay Rs 3000 as compensation for my loss.

Seems it a fraud site
Customer Care representative, at present working, is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk. His behaviour is totally unbecoming of customer Care representative.
Sorry to inform that my order No. 1025 dt. 23.04.23 has not yet been received nor any further information received. Please let me know when are you going to despatch the subject above order and expected date of delivery. If reply is not received within a reasonable time it will be understood that it is a fraud company and I will take legal action.
My order details not complete
I afraid, if I am not wrong, Zexoza store company is not reliable company, even integrity of their customer Care is also doubtful as I ordered on 23/04/23 vide order No 1025, but not yet despatched. When I called customer Care representative he advised me to share bank’s details for refund which I have not done. It is surprising to note their attitude. I think lots of people suffered and lost money. If I don’t find any solution within a reasonable time, I will have no other alternative but to lodge complaint to the court of law for redressal.
Please take necessary action.
