This is the message i got after i placed an online order and in spite of paying money before hand, i have not be sent the product yest, after almost 45 days.

My Order reference is 7698859950145

I have placed this order on 21st Feb and made an online payment. I got an email about successful payment and the order details. However, i haven’t yet received the product and when i try to track it on the website it says, its not shipped yet, And you can track shipping only after 2-3 days of placing order. However today, its already more than 20 days and i cannot track the product, no one is replying to my emails on this same email id and neither have i received any phone call.

Kindly update when will I receive my product and share the correct tracking details.

If i do not get any update still, i will have to raise a consumer complaint against the site,
