I have ordered the back support belt from Zipped Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Through their payment portal is paid money using my SBI card, received message from the bank that payment has been made, yet company is saying payment failure. Is this company doing genuine business or what? The website they mentioned in their communication is www.threadnbread.com. I got the email from [email protected] regarding the payment failure. How can the issue be resolved?
