Dear Sir/ Madam,

Had purchased 2 sarees worth 499 each and total cost upto 1152.90. Trusted you would not disappoint your customer as CUSTOMER DELIGHT IS YOUR MOTTO. But I was totally wrong. Very dirty and cheap product was delivered to me and have taken 1152.90 money for such dirty product. Kindly request not to cheat your customer and please refund full amount.Trust that you will refund full amount
