I have ordered 7 dress pieces from Zmartly on 20 sept 2020 & also paid online.. Order no is FZ36259. They mailed me saying that “they are getting my order ready to be shipped & I’ll be notified Accordingly. But after that I haven’t received any sort of information about my order. I have mailed them No. of times but there is no response. On Google there site shows the banner of ” will be back soon”.
This is Highly irresponsible Act. I have trusted the site n ordered in bulk.
I want the parcel or my money back.
