I ordered a saree from zmartly.in .
My order number is #FZ35691. The order confirmation mail said “we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.”
But neither I got any mail after that nor I am able to contact the company through the details given in the site .
Cash on delivery option was not available therefore I paid the amount through upi id. Now I lost my money and didn’t even get my parcel.
I want my refund or parcel.
