I ordered clothes in Zmartly and asked for order status they said it was cancelled and would refund if card details provided…..I provided …they sent me a Google form and I filled it …..I called them again for the status ….they asked that I get a otp and I got otp of purchase of 14000 I mis understand them to be true and said the OTP …..the amount deducted from my account and those people aren’t responding
