Zoom car – Booking has been cancelled and unnecessary outstanding amount has been debited

Actually I have booking on 5 th nov 2020 XUV 500 which around 26353 inr. At date of 4 th nov the booking has been cancelled due to outstanding amount from previous booking is done 2019 may 15 Ford figo . In middle of 2019 may to 2020 there are many bookings
But 15 may booking shows outstanding amount of 9000
There are telling that amount has credited multiple times in my account .I have checked in my account and taken mini statement .there is only 3 times debit and 3 credit. That’s it .again they have taken it back . So there is no 9000 inr from zoom car. After speaking to the zoom customer care there are telling we have reduced to 7000 actually I no need to pay that amount 7000 also .I have mini statement of my bank. This is one issue and second thing is refund at last min the booking has been cancelled the refund of money. Is 30 working .is this 30 days to take refund us our money bank.the are bank or what. 30 working. We don’t have money after. Cancellation of booking .please kindly help me in refund my money as early as possible and to remove that 7000 outstanding amount. So I want justice please help look forward after this.
