I’ve purchased a bluetooth speaker from this website with a amount of 2799₹. Once the product is delivered I realised that it is not the original product as they tell on the website. It’s a duplicate chinese product with low quality. I want to return the product but unable to reach them. I called multiple times to customer care number they provided in the website, but was not received at all or will be in switched off mode. I even mailed to the mail id they provided but of no use.
