I have ordered 4 clothes from ZX collection 23 days ago worth 786/- on 2nd August. I emailed them 1st time to cancel a pre order dress but they did not reply back. I messaged them 2nd time on their website in Contact Us option for the same reason along with my delay of products. I messaged them 3rd time on the same Contact Us option about my delay of products and cancelation of pre order dress and again did not receive any reply. Today again I messaged them on Contact Us option but I had enough of it and decided to complaint. I have to leave for a trip with my family for 2 week in a few days for which i had ordered the clothes for. I had read all the trem and Conditions and policies written on this website and ordered as per. I wanted to cancel the pre order dress because according to the policy I’d have to return that dress from my expense and since the order was not dispatched I decided to cancel it but did not receive any reply. This was my first time ordering from a random website and I read all the terms and conditions and policies just to make sure it was not a scam but now I’m forced to think it is after not receiving any reply and order not dispatched after 23 days. This was the address on the website – 20Sr Floor, Gate No.42, 20 Sansad Marg, New Delhi.
