Its a fraud company. I placed an order for 2 Chikankari Kurta Set on 27th September 2024 through their website
The parcel was delivered to me on 1st October 2024, and to my shock, the items received were entirely different from what I ordered. I had placed an order for Forest Green Chikankari Kurta Set, but instead, I received a poor-quality suit and a saree, which were not part of my order.
I picked up the delivery and paid ₹1499 to BlueDart upon receiving the parcel. When I opened the package, I was shocked to see the substandard and incorrect items I had paid for. Since then, I have been attempting to contact the number (9726531413) from which I got a call to confirm my address and the number on their site & for resolution, but your phone number is switched off, and the support email is not functioning. This lack of response is completely unacceptable.
