I had ordered 2 Chikenkari Kurta Sets worth 1499rs. I have received the products today and it was different from what I had ordered. The products are very poor quality. I have received a COTTON SAREE AND NORMAL KURTI very different from what I ordered. I tried to connect with the support team of “ZX Fashion Surat, Gujrat” through the mentioned contact details on the URL : https://www.zxfashions.com/pages/contact-us
The contact number says “it doesn’t exist”. I received a call from the ZX Fashion after I placed the order regarding the Address conformation. So I saved that number and I tried reaching out to the same number and guess what, that number also doesn’t exist. Then I mailed fewer times to the given email id and that mail id is showing “Address not found : user [email protected] does not exist”. This site is fake. They are looting people’s money by using this site. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
