Placed order online for 2 kurtis at ₹1499. Received completely wrong order, the products received are unusable and extremely poor quality. Completely scam website. Such websites are getting promoted over well known apps such as Instagram and Facebook. Strict and immediate action should be taken against the company and a refund should be provided without delay, compulsorily. A complaint should also be filed against apps promoting such scam sites online. ZX Fashion is providing attractive deals at low prices to attract customers and scam them completely. Sent the products through a prestiged courier company such as Blue Dart and cod was available, probably to avoid any form of suspicion. Extreme case of fraud that’s spreading like a virus. If strict action is not taken, I shall have to submit to harsh actions.
