I recently placed an order (on 15/09/2024) for 2 chikankari kurti sets from a website called ZX Fashion, which listed its location as Gujarat. The customer care number provided on the site is +91 7574935048. When I initially made the purchase, the website appeared legitimate and I even received a call from this number confirming the order. However, after receiving my order (on 18/09/2024) I tried to contact them but the number has been unreachable since then. The main issue is the quality of the products I received which is extremely poor far below what was advertised and it doesn’t even match the images shown on the website. The products are totally fake and not worth the amount I paid.
I had paid 1499 rupees for this order which is numbered as Z9809 and order id is Z10197 and I have evidence to prove the transaction including order confirmation details and a video of me opening the package to reveal the poor quality items. The discrepancies between what I ordered and what I received is well documented in this video. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the product quality. I expect to receive a refund of the full amount as this product doesn’t match with the advertised product. I have attempted to reach out to the company’s customer care several times, but their contact number isn’t reachable, which further raises concerns about the legitimacy of the business. Even the email id provided on the website is fake.
Given the situation, I’m requesting a promt resolution to this matter. If I don’t receive a refund, I will be forced to take further action , which may include reporting the further incident to consumer protection authorities or pursuing other legal options. Hope to receive a response soon that will rectify this disappoint and look forward for a swift resolution.
