I placed an order on the ZX website and received a call to confirm my address, which made me think the site was legitimate. However, it turned out to be completely fake. After receiving the wrong product, I’ve tried multiple times to contact them via email and phone, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. The email address is fake, and the phone numbers provided on their website are always switched off.

AKS textile is also fraud site on Instagram.
I have placed order for two suits and received also.
But I don’t like both of them, so I ask for return, I have followed all instructions, make video and upload it while unboxing the product.
Then also no reply from them.
Whatever contact no and mail id given , no response from that no and mail id.
Both suits are with me, and I have lost 2100/-
Please don’t trust Instagram product advertisement.
Zx fashion is fake……they don’t even give any proper details after placing order….even I have received call to confirm my address. After saw these comments here will not accept the order.

Same happened to me Received completely different products ,and those products were not even in the website. I’m trying to contact them via their mobile number- 917574935048 and they emailed them as well via [email protected]
But the email seems to be fraudulent ,apparently the email doesn’t exist
Had a loss of ₹1500 and the company isn’t responding at any cost
I have also been cheated. Received a parcel today with fake and cheap product not at all the items listed in website. Lost 1500rs nobody is responding to the phone call/email
