I placed an order for Charlotte-chikankari-kurta-set on the ZX website on 7 October 2024 and it turned out to be completely fake. After receiving the wrong product on 17 October 2024 I have tried multiple times to contact them via email & phone but I have not been able to reach anyone. The email address is fake and the phone number provided on their website is temporarily not in service. Contact number [email protected] .Plz help me get a refund I have paid Rs 1459 on cash on delivery. Order No Z15532.
