I have ordered a red chikankari kurta set and an olive chikankari kurta set and paid ₹1500 on cash on delivery
i had a doubt but I thought the delivery procedure was so smooth,i had to believe it was true..plus there were contact nos and email id’s…when today i received the products ..it had different products. I tried to reach them via call but the no. is switched off.. I texted them but no response … And finally when I tried to mail them, it shows that the email doesn’t receive mails.

I want my refund. I m a student who works part time and this is an injustice to the customers. I have tried to contact them multiple times but a single response is not answered back. The company is a fraud who gives delusions about beautiful clothes at a wholesale rate.
This is the reason why I ordered it for me and my sister for Durga Puja. I had high hopes but this company cheated on me and is not responding. I clearly want my money back as it is my hard earned money. If trust is not considered then how will someone believe in any online site.
ZX FASHIONS is a fraud. Please help me get my money back. Please..!! I should have received red and olive green chikankari sets but rather I received a blue cotton coord set and a green dress too.. But I didn’t return order this. Please help me please please
