Hi Team,

first i received a call from a tele sales person names Monika, she told this service is provided for me based on the genuine customer of SBI Credit Card and they will provide this cash back offers for free, then they transferred call to another person names Krishnan, he simply explained the product one more time and asked to use my credit card details. So, i disconnected the call but after some time they tried reaching me mroe than 3 times and sent a SMS like some transaction was done from my credit card. So, i called them back and Spoken with Monika reg the SMS sent to me for that she replied like we already made transaction from my card and further i have to proceed for registration. So, i followed the instruction as Krishnan said(he said that the Transaction was already processed) later another tele caller Kavitha called me and explained regarding the welcome kit and sent an welcome email from info@24 shopping bazaar. But once all done i realized that the SMS sent to me was Prank once i received a real transaction notification from SBI. Obviously the welcome kit products was a Cheaper one and they said some reason for not doing cash back for a bill and redemption form i done courier later August 2016 end of the month which they did nt informed while forced selling the product . Kindly let me know if anything further information/action needed.
