I had booked a delivery of laptop through Bluedart post which I received a link to opt for gifts. I booked a watch using the same link and paid the requested amount but I still haven’t got any update/mail/call/message regarding my order.
Order ID- #BLU042118
Amount paid – Rs. 411.82
Company – 360 In Ex Creation, Partner with Bluedart
Please help me with this. I want to know the status of my order and if its going to be delivered then i want refund.

The same with me, I Ordered a Spyker bag worth Rs. 490 but did not get a response from the company, I think Blue Dart is also not aware of such type of messages getting to their customer after booking is done.
no customer care number on the website, not any contact details of the company available on website. I think it is a big Scam on account of 360InEX.com

Have experienced the same had ordered Spykar item via HDFC net banking under discount and still not delivered after 30 days and have to chase them to get it delivered
Expect HDFC/ICICI Bank to intervene and stop tie-up with them and ensure if items are not delivered within stipulated time , funds to be refunded back
