I got message from HDFC Bank to download HDFC Bank Digital Rupee App. After download and registration on app I got message on 28/11/2023 “Claim your Spykar Merchandise worth upto Rs.2,499/-. On same day I ordered two spykar duffle bags for total Rs.705.64 and paid it. But till date I did not receive and message or order confirmation or product at my home. I also emailed to their email id [email protected] various time, but no one contacted me till date. Please look into this matter and solve the problem.
