Respected Sir,
I Irfan Ullah wanted to file a complaint against Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd for fraud by selling the flat under the Scheme of Land Pooling Policy for DDA in L-Zone, Dwarka.
Under the Scheme of Land Pooling Policy for DDA in L- Zone, Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd promised to provide the affordable housing flat in Dwarka and on 4th August 2018, I have booked and registered (Registration no- DH-II/800) the flat through Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.
Since August 2018 till December 2019, I have paid through Cheque total Rs 1659725 (Rupees Sixteen lakh fifty-nine thousands Seven hundred and twenty-five), I have attached all the receipts with this application and other required documents.
During the entire process, I have many time ask the question regarding the Land Submission DDA approval or RERA certificate, but they always convinced me with the statement that it is under process and soon get the approval with DDA for L-Zone Land Pooling Policy & RERA.
But now when I am trying to ask my money back, they are denying it and giving multiple reason.
Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd committed big fraud with me and kept me in dark of fraud promised.
It’s my humble request please help to get my hard earn money from these fraudulent people.
I am middle class family and cannot afford such a big fraud.
So, I request you too file a FIR against the fraud done with me in the name of Land pooling policy L-Zone-Dwarka by Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd (Regd. office: Aggarwal Square Plaza, 2nd Floor, Plot No-8, Poket-7, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075).

So, I request you too file a FIR against the fraud done by Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd (Regd. office: Aggarwal Square Plaza, 2nd Floor, Plot No-8, Poket-7, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075) and help to get my hard earn money Rs 1659725 (Rupees Sixteen lakh fifty-nine thousands Seven hundred and twenty-five) from these fraudulent Nivesh Global and Dwarka Heights Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.
