Just a ordered a 3d miniature from the site itself and trusted it and they just promised to deliver within 20 days. First two weeks there was no reply from them everytime i asked they only replied in process but after then they said me to pay the rest money but i sended some money and they said designs are ready only printing is left but its more than a week they are not replying to any of the messages please i want a refund please help…

I ordered 3d miniature from the site and trusted it and they just promised to deliver within 20days. First two weeks there was no reply form them every time I asked they only replied in process but after then they said me to pay rest money and I send full money and they said designs are ready only printing is left but its more than 4 Months they are not replying to any of the message.
then sudden they told me we deliver your product and they never send me final picture finally 20 August 2022 I receive the damage product and is totally worst I attested images and video
This product is damage that’s why they never send me final picture because they already knew about that
It was already damage in production time they tried to fix it but it didn’t work
You can see it by your own eyes that the paint was on shocker after the damage
They guys have already harassed me mentally
I want my full refund ASAP

I order A 3d miniature from form the website 2 April 2022 and they just promised to deliver within 20 days. First three weeks there was no reply and told me they need extra time they always same replied in process and now 4 month completed but I Have pay full amount but after still then told me on printing is left they all team fake and I want my full refund 5000 ru.
You guys have already harassed me mentally
