I ordered for a customized bobblehead from 3D miniature on 25th November. They told delivery will be in 15 days. 15 days passed and they didn’t even send me the designs so i messaged them but they didn’t reply.

Then I got a message from another number stating these are the designs and pay the remaining 1500 rupees. I asked them 15 days are already over. But they wanted the remaining money to be paid and no reasonable reply to my question.

I sent these screenshot to the previous number to which I ordered and the reply was this is not me. Then I messaged but there was no reply. I finally told I’m gonna file a police complaint to which I got a very late reply stating one head office number.

To head office, I sent all the relevant screenshots and the complaint but all in vain, I didn’t get any reply. Then, after few days I got a call from them when I was busy. I called them back, they were not lifting.

I called them again after two days and told them my problem, they were least bothered and were asking for the remaining amount. I told them u told the delivery was in 15 days but even after 15 days u didn’t send me the design and all.

Then, I finally told them I think they are scammers. To which, he cut my call and didn’t receive my call when I called again. I searched online and got to know other people also have faced the same issue and they are scammers.

Again I messaged to the number to which I placed the order that I want a refund. They responded after 4days saying we want more 1500. I told I’m gonna file a complaint now if u don’t refund me.

Now when i am trying to open the website, it is showing that it is under maintenance. The head office is messaging me send the remaining amount for processing. How can i send the remaining amount when i don’t trust them, when there was a breach of promise (to be delivered in 15 days as said by them) and they sent me ONLY DESIGNS after about 20 days.

Now, how can i pay the remaining amount and get scammed of more 1500 rupees. I want my advance of 1500 rupees back and want everyone to know that these people are fake.
