3dminiature.in have received a total amount of Rs. 18,000/- for this order — Rs. 9,000/- through Gpay (Shahrukh Khan)as advance on 28th August 2025 against your invoice #6194327891 and the remaining Rs. 9,000/- through PhonePe (Abbu Talib) on 23rd September 2025 after confirming that the design/proof was completed. At that time, I was assured that the 2-feet statue would be printed and delivered within one week.
However, it is now 2nd December 2025, more than four months since the order was placed, and I have still not received any image of my late father’s statue, nor any confirmation regarding its readiness. Despite multiple attempts to contact 3dminiature.in via phone and WhatsApp, there has been no response from their end.
Their continued lack of communication and failure to deliver the product as promised is highly unacceptable and proves to be cheating. Since they have left me with no other option, I am proceeding to lodge a formal complaint with the Consumer Court to address this issue and hold your organization accountable.
