I have purchased an Anarkali set from Aachho, order ID 25072, which was placed ok 10th October, and till now it’s showing pending, also no update over the phone or mail, and not replying my emails or phone calls. I am trying to contact them via email, Facebook, phone calls and messages, but no response from them. I have paid rs 3750 and wanted my order to be delivered by 17th of October. Now I want to Cancel my order and full refund. This kind of service comes under fraud. I want my refund back as soon as possible, else I will raise a complaint in consumer forum.

* Write Aachho in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Aachho.
I am also facing the same issue. I order the suit in the month of August but they have not yet delivered. They are not answering the call or replying to emails.
