I placed a prepaid order on 18th January with Aachho. It has since been one month now, I still haven’t received the delivery, nor have a received any update on my query.
I have dropped 10’s of reminders via email, WhatsApp as well as tried calling the customer care. However no reply received from any side. It has been my worst ever experience with online shopping and prepaid order. They are not even initiating a refund.
