On October 2nd, 2023, I made a purchase, but as of December 4th, 2023, I’ve yet to receive my order. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service via both emails and phone calls, I have not received any response. I’ve made approximately 100 calls and sent multiple emails, yet my issue remains unresolved. Despite my complaints, they have claimed to have resolved the issue in their email responses, which is entirely untrue. The total amount of my order is approximately $7,000, and I have not received a refund or any form of assistance. It appears that the company is reallocating customer funds towards social media marketing without fulfilling our orders. I was influenced to trust this brand based on the endorsements of well-known personalities like Sara Ali Khan and other significant influencers. However, I advise against ordering from this company as they engage in fraudulent practices that deceive customers. My order no is D-1-233534.
