It has been over two months since I placed this order, yet the product has not been delivered. The order status has shown “Ready to Ship” for more than a month, but there has been no further update or dispatch. I had ordered this suit set for a festival, which has now passed, rendering the purchase useless for its intended purpose.
To make matters worse, your customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls, I was never able to connect with any executive—calls either kept ringing endlessly or went unanswered.
Additionally, I would like to highlight another poor experience with a separate order:
Product: Hanya Magenta Embroidered Chanderi Suit Set
I had requested a size exchange from Small (S) to Medium (M), but the replacement I received was clearly mislabeled. It appears that an L-size product was sent with an M label stitched over it, and the L label is still visible underneath. The exchanged item is far too large and does not fit at all. This kind of handling is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about your quality control and sizing standards.
Furthermore, the replacement and shipping charges are unreasonably high, and the overall turnaround time for product delivery and exchange is extremely slow.
I have written several emails at [email protected]. However, except automated generated response. I have not received any support.
I am highly dissatisfied with Aachho’s service and request immediate resolution of the following:
