I placed the order on 25th October then i received the same on 30th October the size was tight so i placed another request for exchange and pay Rs 300 then courier partner picked the order on 31st after that i got no information regarding my order. I tried calling customer care number then one customer care executive picked my call and i explained whole scenario she gave me assurity that my order will get delivered before diwali then around 8th i tried calling again just to check the status then i got to know its under manufacturing and it will take another 10-15 days so i told that person to check that i wanted this suit before diwali and he told me that yes its written in the comments here. However its not possible so i told him that i want to wear it on diwali at any cost. After half an hour of argument he told me that he will check the status and confirm in half an hour then i got his call he said i will get it before diwali.
The worst part is i received it on 10th November there was no price tag also there were threads all over the suit and the size mentioned was XL but it was more tight than Large which i ordered previously.
I raised this issue to the owner Rimjhim Hada on Instagram but she doesn’t even care.
