I didn’t know what else i could do but i needed to put this out there for anyone else in a similar situation to see and hopefully it might provide with some sort of support.
I placed an order with them on Oct. 22, 2023 and as of now, i am yet to receive my order( Dec 18). A day back i got a feedback mail to provide my feedback for the same order that, acc to them, i received 20 days ago( and honestly i have no clue what exactly happened to my order as I haven’t received any).
Even their website shows the order status as fulfilled!!
I don’t know if they have made a mistake or they are running a scam but i see that influencers are getting their orders on time whereas we as general public have no fixed time as to when we might receive our products, no matter when you’ve placed your order.
There is no way to contact them for any support. I have tried reaching them through email, call, insta DM and WhatsApp but no help was provided.
And when I asked them to return my money, since i had originally ordered the suit set for a family function nd hence no longer neede it and also as it has been 2 months since placing the order , they simply said that they can’t!!!
So if like me you are placing a prepaid order, beware of this issue!! My money is stuck and honestly i am no longer interested in their suit.
No matter how many celebrities are promoting them, they don’t seem to be able to have a handle of their business.
Their behaviour is highly unprofessional and they only email you once in 10-15 days.(it might be deliberate as they know they are unable to fulfil orders). It seems that they do not have any staff to work on customer service.
Also please note that this is not the first time that they have made such blunder. Even during their initial years, when they had just begun their journey and not many people knew of them they did the same thing. The only problem this time is that the order is prepaid and that last time, they at least responded to my mails to provide a clear explanation as to what was going on.
