Its been a month already and i haven’t received my order, there is no customer support, no one picks up the call. No one reply to emails, other than standard default messages they sent you there is absolutely no conversation you can take follow up from. They are not even willing to cancel the order. They said the delivery will be before 9th of january and its 30th today, the item is still in process

This is regarding my order placed on April 8th, for which I paid ₹11,876 for 4 items. The expected delivery date was April 14th. Today is April 16th, and I have not received the package. The tracking information provided does not confirm delivery to my address.
Immediately after placing the order, I came across multiple reviews indicating this may be a scam. I promptly contacted your team to cancel the order and was assured that a refund would be processed. However, I have not received any refund to date.
Additionally, your customer support system appears to be non-functional. The chat option is not working, and I have repeatedly been told that a “specialist team” would contact me. No one has reached out, and I have received no responses to my chat attempts. This continued lack of communication only reinforces the impression that this operation is fraudulent.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I have effectively lost nearly ₹12,000 of my hard-earned money with no product, no refund, and no support.
I am demanding immediate resolution:
Either ensure delivery of all 4 items without any further delay, with valid tracking proof,
OR
Process a full refund to my original payment method immediately.
If I do not receive a clear response and resolution within 48 hours, I will escalate this matter through my bank, consumer protection authorities, and fraud reporting channels without further notice.
Your repeated failure to respond or resolve this issue is being documented.
